At bareMinerals, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition or gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label which you can print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, include the packing slip, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
